You will be a member of the post-silicon validation team responsible for leading testing and characterization of various integrated circuit IPs, such as SERDES, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, clocks, memory interfaces, and I/Os. Your responsibilities include setting up, debugging, and maintaining lab test setups, developing automated testing scripts in Python for silicon bring-up and characterization, collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, and collaborating with chip designers, system HW, and SW teams to debug validation issues. Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in a technical discipline. Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing automated testing scripts and instrument controls; Python preferred. Familiarity with measurement equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes. Attention to quality: self-check scripts, test patterns, and reports. Hands-on experience with high-volume production, including ATE test development and ATE/bench correlation. Strong understanding of silicon bring-up, debug, and validation of analog/mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, SERDES, PLLs, DLLs, filters, bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched-cap circuits, and oscillators. Ability to drive results, prioritize effectively, and manage complexity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Note: The salary range for this role is $114,100 to $171,800, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
