We collaborate with volunteers and staff to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by MS. Responsibilities : Lead planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events. Manage event logistics, oversee budgets, and ensure donor engagement. Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers. Analyze data to inform fundraising strategies and report on campaign performance. Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with organizational goals. Qualifications : Experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or event management. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Raisers Edge, Salesforce) and MS Office. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Location : This is a market-based role supporting the Midwest Region (Mid America Chapter), primarily in Kansas City, MO or St. Louis, MO. In-person attendance required approximately 50% of the time, with remote work possible otherwise. Compensation & Benefits : Salary range $55,000-$62,000, plus comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, 401k match, health coverage, and more.
