Marketing Coordinator - Digital & Social Media

3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants As part of the Marketing & Communications [“MarCom”] Department, the Digital & Social Media Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms. Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing content strategies that align with brand goals, drive audience growth, and foster community interaction. Manage social media campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and stay ahead of digital trends to ensure impactful and consistent brand messaging. Duties include content creation and execution, maintaining content calendar, designing multi-channel content consistent with brand guidelines, monitoring and responding to community engagement, tracking KPIs and analyzing social media campaign effectiveness, maintaining brand consistency, staying informed on social media trends, collaborating with other teams, contributing to social media strategy development, and supporting employee training in social media best practices. Requires 2+ years of experience in marketing social media or digital content roles, strong organizational skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and proficiency with social media platforms and management tools. Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field or equivalent experience.
