Seeking a Lean Six Sigma-certified professional (Black Belt preferred) to improve and streamline Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This role designs and implements IAM strategies, ensures compliance, and drives continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and enhance IAM workflows using DMAIC methodology.
Develop policies, procedures, and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM with business needs.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Provide training on IAM best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
5+ years in IAM or related role.
Proficiency with IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Ping Identity) a plus.
