A Day in the Life of a Managing Partner

Manage profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers. Coach and train employees to operational excellence. Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts. Ensure the restaurant is clean and provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products. What You Bring To The Table

Minimum 1 year of experience as Managing Partner or General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR). Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.
