JOB SUMMARY The Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting faculty development initiatives and strategic programming. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to assist leadership in planning, executing, and tracking various projects and committee activities. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required Education Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field Experience 5 years Experience in appropriate field or May consider additional years of experience in lieu of education.
JOB DUTIES Assist in the design and delivery of faculty development programming. Collect, analyze, and report data to inform decision-making and program improvements. Draft and edit high-level communications, including emails and announcements. Collaborate closely with institutional leadership on strategic initiatives. Support the establishment and coordination of committees, including scheduling, note-taking, and tracking action items. Perform project management tasks and provide administrative support as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
