SOC Front-End Engineering Program Manager

- Work on a Program Management team responsible for driving technical issue resolution to enable timely silicon to meet daring product schedules of powerful silicon.- Drive internal program processes to guarantee high-quality silicon definition and design execution.- Develop scripts and automation to implement scalable pre and post silicon SOC methodology.- Evaluate current processes and drive innovative, coordinated improvements, and methodologies.- Interface and drive silicon work and issues across multi-functional teams: Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, Operations, and Software.- Manage dependencies across various programs, functional teams, and sites.- Focused issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks and status. Minimum Qualifications

BS and 3+ years of experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design or Technology process development. Experience integrating Hardware/Software or Hardware/Firmware development. Python or other scripting languages. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a dynamic engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking and real-time crisis management. Expertise owning and driving project development using well-defined metrics. Technical Program or Project Management, or Functional Management experience. Phenomenal leadership and communication skills (Executive communication). Experience working with ASIC & VLSI design flows and leading silicon projects from concept to production. Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, JIRA). Experience with IP-XACT as an IP exchange format. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
