Silicon Validation Software Engineer - GPU IP Validation and Integration

Join Apple's Silicon Technologies group as a Software Engineer focused on GPU IP validation and integration. You will develop graphics validation software, write shaders to stress the GPU, and perform system-level validation of SoC hardware and software. Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to ensure high-performance, power-efficient processors for Apple devices. Responsibilities

Develop and implement graphics validation software and shaders to test GPU and memory interactions. Use driver and firmware APIs for data movement and system testing. Debug and validate SoC hardware and software issues at the system level. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of industry experience in silicon validation software engineering or related areas. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Graphics, OpenGL, CUDA, image processing, memory hierarchies, and compilers. Knowledge of GPU workloads, Python, GNU Make, and system validation. Deep understanding of compute systems, operating systems, and computer architecture. Passion for hardware-close coding and debugging. This role offers a competitive salary range of $139,500 to $258,100, depending on experience and location, along with comprehensive benefits, stock options, and educational reimbursement.
