Project Manager
with a proven track record in design-build projects to oversee a major multiple-award federal program at the Pentagon. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a results-oriented professional ready to lead with excellence. As the Project Manager, you will take charge of every aspect of federal construction projects, from contract negotiations and pre-construction planning to ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams, foster collaboration with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with federal standards while maintaining safety and quality at the forefront. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of design-build and construction projects, ensuring all deliverables meet technical, cost, and timeline goals. Supervise project staff, including safety, quality control, estimating, and management personnel. Develop risk mitigation strategies and oversee financial reporting, including cost forecasts and budget management. Build and maintain positive relationships with federal agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance programs. Oversee the organization of all project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, as-built drawings, and closeout packages. Qualifications: BS degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in design-build construction projects, with federal contracting. Proficiency in Procore, BlueBeam, MS Office Suite, scheduling software, and familiarity with federal agency contract vehicles (e.g., GSA, NAVFAC).
