We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Electrical Superintendent
to oversee the electrical systems and installations for
data center construction
projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical team, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of electrical work, and maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and performance throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Include Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the electrical team on-site. Oversee the installation of all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and backup power systems (e.g., generators and UPS systems). Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to electricians and subcontractors. Manage project schedules and timelines for electrical installations and systems. Ensure the team adheres to safety regulations, codes, and project requirements. Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly. Requirements 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on data center or large-scale commercial/industrial projects. Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus. Proven experience in managing electrical systems installations in mission-critical environments. Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety protocols, and industry standards (NEC, NFPA, etc.). Experience with high-voltage electrical systems and backup power systems (generators, UPS).
