**Job Title:** X-Ray/Radiologic Technologist **Shift:** Weekend Days + 1 Rotating Weekday (9:30 AM - 10:00 PM) **Contract Length:** 13 Weeks **GUARANTEED HOURS:** 36 per week
**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled X-Ray/Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This position involves working every weekend from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM, with one additional rotating weekday shift. The ideal candidate will have the ability to float to various locations as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with standard protocols and patient safety guidelines. - Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of radiologic equipment. - Provide patient education regarding procedures and care.
**Requirements:** - Valid New Jersey Radiologic Technology License (NJ License). - Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting as an X-Ray/Radiologic Technologist. - Reliable transportation required.
**General Information:** - **Scrub Color:** Black - Workers must be available for the full 7 days of their first week for Orientation; no special scheduling is permitted.
**Orientation Process:** Upon acceptance of the position, candidates will receive important information via email, including: 1. Virtual orientation details through a TEAMS link to begin the onboarding process. 2. Scheduling for mandatory in-person orientation classes from Tuesday to Thursday. 3. An HR email for scheduling an ID Badge appointment and reviewing policies and procedures.
Candidates must complete all orientation requirements to proceed with their assignments.
