Resident Care Aides (RCA) or Certified Nurse Assistants
to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written and organizational skills and will share in our core values. Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care including daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and incontinence/peri-care. Promote independence by providing redirection to residents. Obtain accurate vital signs and report changes in resident health status; document as appropriate. Assist/accompany residents for appointments, if assigned.
