Resident Care Aides (RCA) or Certified Nurse Assistants
to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong verbal, written and organizational skills and will share in our core values. Responsibilities: Providing direct resident care including daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, incontinence/peri-care. Providing redirection to residents to promote independence. Obtaining accurate vital signs and reporting changes in resident health status, documenting as appropriate. Assisting/accompanying residents for appointments, if assigned.
