Spring 2025 SLP or SLPA Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply! Position Details
This full-time position will run through the end of the current school year and the following school year and involves working with students from K through 12th grade. The role will focus on assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed. Additionally, you’ll maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school policies. Qualifications
Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLPAs Licensing & Certifications: Valid California SLP or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one. ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply; Assistant Level (SLPA) candidates are also encouraged to apply Previous experience in a school setting is a plus. SLPs and SLPAs that are graduating Spring 2025 are strongly encouraged to apply for the 2025/2026 School Year! Rate
Hourly rates are negotiable based on overall years of SLP or SLPA experience, years practicing in a school setting, and years practicing with a pediatric caseload. SLPAs: Will Vary Between $30-$37 an hour SLP-CFY: Will Vary Between $45-$50 an hour SLP-CCC: Will be $55+ an Hour Why Join Us?
