This is a Direct Hire opportunity.Shift: 3:00PM-12:00AM, Monday-FridayPay: $28-$31/hour + 10% differentialPosition Summary:Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts. Support machine operators in maintaining production standards and ensuring parts meet required specifications.Key Responsibilities:This position includes, but is not limited to:Set up and operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately.Assist machine operators with inspections and necessary adjustments.Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts to ensure compliance with specifications.Clean, maintain, and calibrate CNC equipment regularly.Work with small, precision components and maintain tight tolerances.Adhere to all departmental procedures and quality standards.Use fine motor skills and manual dexterity to handle small parts.Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years' experience as a machinist, or at least 18 months in Straumann's machinist apprentice program.At least 1 year of experience interpreting blueprints and using precision measurement tools.Preferred Qualifications:Completion of a Technical or Trade School machinist program.Experience operating Swiss-style CNC lathes.Background in medical device or dental manufacturing.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.If you are interested & qualified , please apply with your updated resume!Pay Details: $30.80 to $34.10 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
