Principal Architect
to lead its Multifamily Studio in
San Antonio, Texas . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team on high-impact multifamily housing projects and to shape communities through innovative, quality design. Known for its impressive portfolio across governmental, institutional, educational, cultural, and multifamily projects, this firm is committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth. Qualifications and Responsibilities
10+ years of experience in multifamily developments, including low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and/or market-rate projects Licensed Architect preferred, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with experience managing all design phases (SD, DD, CD, CA) Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and requirements across Texas Strong knowledge of building materials, site planning, and systems such as structural, mechanical, and acoustical engineering Lead, mentor, and guide team members to maximize strengths and drive project excellence Collaborate with leadership to set strategic direction and foster growth within the multifamily practice Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
