St. Bernardine Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our Imaging Department. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and department standards. You will ensure high-quality images are captured to assist physicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment, while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform routine radiographic exams using standard radiologic techniques and equipment
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and daily workflow coordination within the department
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to provide a compassionate and supportive care experience
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate image interpretation

Qualifications:

  • One year experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Graduate of school of Radiologic Technology required.
  • California Radiology Technology license (C.R.T), required.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • California Radiologic Technology fluoroscopy permit (CRT).
  • American Registry of Radiologic technology license (A.R.R.T) preferred
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, physics, and radiographic positioning techniques required.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety protocols required.
