Position Overview
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, part of the Pacific Northwest Division of CommonSpirit, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our team in Tacoma, WA. We consider both part-time and full-time candidates.
Our well-established women's health group includes 9 OB/GYN physicians, 18 CNMs, 6 MFM specialists, 1 Urogynecologist, and 2 Gynecologic Oncologists. We offer comprehensive women's healthcare, including high-risk obstetrics, gynecological surgeries, in-office ultrasound, and Maternal Fetal Medicine support. Our providers enjoy a 4-day workweek, with 1 in 8-9 call coverage, and most earn over $375,000-$500,000+ annually based on production.
The hospital, St Joseph Hospital, is a 375-bed Level II Trauma Center with 24/7 in-house Laborist and Anesthesia coverage, Level III NICU, and access to daVinci robotic surgical systems. There is also opportunity for resident teaching.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in WA at start date
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation
Pay Range: $149.49 - $225.30/hour
