Base pay range

$153.00/hr - $246.00/hr

Emergency Department

• ED Volume: 21,000
• EMR: Epic
• Staffing Model:
• 25-32 hours of physician coverage
• 20 hours of APP coverage (hours may vary based on day of the week)
• Average daily volume of 71
• Designated Primary Stroke Center by Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Service Systems (MIEMSS)
• Recognized as a Cardiac Intervention Center by MIEMSS
• Helipad onsite for receiving and air transport to University of Maryland Medical Center
• Primary site of the UM Shore physician group
• Full-service hospital serving five rural counties

Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services. Outpatient services include rehabilitation, obstetrical/gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.

Salary

• Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $153/hour to $246/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of Equity Ownership given to all full-time physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% company-funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax-free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx coverage, Short- and Long-term disability (own occupation) and Medical Malpractice with tail and free litigation support.
