Urgent: Head of Product Management, Data Center Solutions (Town of Islip)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, communicate, and implement company's product strategy across the Asia Pacific region.
• Manage the lifecycle of Hyperscale and Colocation products for the company platform across various countries and cities.
• Conduct market research to analyze conditions, identify key competitors, and understand customer trends.
• Prepare product service documentation and policies.
• Create pricing strategies to cater to different market and customer segments.
• Assist with product customization and the launch of new products.
• Align and integrate product strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales tools, product collateral, and presentations; conduct product training.
• Provide support to sales teams for major customer opportunities and manage the bid process, liaising with the CTO/Ops team and Sales Engineering.
• Report product performance and provide analysis toAssemble and validate new test equipment for modules to support production scalability and quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a product management leadership role, ideally within the data center industry.
• Experience in telecommunications or data center industries is essential.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Team player, comfortable in a multicultural, cross-functional, and regional work environment.
• Knowledge of data center specifications for effective customer engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership across internal and external teams and ability to manage executive relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, hunter mentality, with the ability to work independently or within a team.
