$1990-$2130 Scheduling:
Modified self-scheduling; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week block and 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) Charting:

Navy Blue Emergency Room Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arizona or compact state Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Recent experience (within last 2 years) in Trauma Level I or II ER settings (Level III or lower experience alone not sufficient) Proficiency with EPIC EMR Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (TNCC preferred) Ability to work in a high-volume ER (200+ patients/day) Must comply with 100-mile radius rule No more than 5 days of requested time off during assignment ER RN Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a Level 2 Trauma Center Manage patient ratios of 1:5 (medical) and 1:6 (fast track) Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient status in a fast-paced ER environment Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and ED techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking Participate in trauma care, STEMI, and stroke protocols as required Float to nearby healthcare facilities as needed (with advance notice) Maintain compliance with all hospital and healthcare policies and procedures
