As a Bartender, you'll be the heart of the bar-crafting beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering exceptional service to every guest. You'll help shape memorable experiences through your expertise and hospitality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy Greet guests warmly and engage in a friendly, professional manner Offer drink recommendations and educate guests on cocktail, wine, and beer options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas Handle payments and operate POS systems efficiently Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service Assist with inventory and restocking of bar supplies QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a Bartender and Server in an progressive restaurant setting, utilizing best practices for cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, and efficiency Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management Proficiency in using Toast systems for transactions Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking tools PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
