We handle a wide variety of Personal Injury cases, including Automobile Accident and Motorcycle Accident claims. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled trial attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury matters from initial filing through trial and verdict. The attorney will play a key role in litigation strategy, court appearances, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation, working closely with clients and support staff to deliver strong, client-centered representation.
Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation files, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability cases Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs Handle all aspects of discovery, including written discovery and depositions Appear at court conferences, motion hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials Develop litigation and trial strategies tailored to each case Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal assistants, and fellow attorneys
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing 3+ years of litigation or trial experience, preferably in personal injury law Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills Excellent legal writing and research ability Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Commitment to client service and ethical practice

Pay: $75,238.77 - $90,610.13 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift
