Customer Service Representatives
to join our team at the Cincinnati Airport location. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless rental experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process Process new reservations, rental modifications, and returns Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and upgrade availability Conduct vehicle walkarounds before and after rentals to document condition and ensure accuracy Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with patience and professionalism Coordinate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and workflow Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or automotive a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude with a professional and courteous demeanor Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must have a
valid driver's license
with a
clean driving record Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs if needed Compensation & Benefits:
