Customer Service Representative

Location: SIXT Rent a Car - Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)

Shifts Available

• Shift 1: Sunday-Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Shift 2: Thursday-Saturday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Sunday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  
  

Job Summary

SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team at the Cincinnati Airport location. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process
• Process new reservations, rental modifications, and returns
• Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and upgrade availability
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds before and after rentals to document condition and ensure accuracy
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with patience and professionalism
• Coordinate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or automotive a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs if needed
