Partner Studio Sample Coordinator
As our Partner Studio Sample Coordinator, you will support the Studio with acquiring and coordinating samples for content creation. You will also support the team in other ways such as assisting in digital sample production. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content meets Brand standards, business needs and expectations. You'll also maintain project documentation and specifications for integration into our evolving digital standards. Responsibilities
Acquires samples from teams Stores, handles, transports, coordinates and tracks samples across studio Confidential product and sample management Supports photography, video and imaging during sample hand-offs Assists in formulating seasonal schedule and maintains it with minor oversight Assists in collection of key metrics and progress indicators Track project status and elevate project risks Create best practices and maintain documentation of standards Requirements
Sharp and effective communication is required Entry level proficiency with Excel Have a sharp, keen eye for detail and organization Ability to collaborate confidently and successfully within a virtual team environment Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently, identify opportunities and initiate solutions Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience A minimum of 2-3 years' work experience coordinating merchandise related projects A minimum of 2-3 years' in studio environment Process and workflow oriented Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and executional skills
