The Investor Relations Associate will be instrumental in supporting all aspects of the firm's fundraising, investor relations, and marketing functions. Core responsibilities include: Preparing and maintaining investor-facing materials, including marketing decks, presentations, and fund updates Managing the internal CRM system by logging all investor communications, meetings, and follow-ups Tracking and responding to outstanding investor inquiries, requests, and due diligence items in a timely manner Strategizing for and preparing customized materials for investor meetings and fundraising initiatives Supporting the investor closing process during capital raises and ensuring smooth coordination with relevant stakeholders Assisting with the planning and execution of the firm's annual LP conference Drafting internal and external memorandums and presentations for senior leadership Maintaining and updating content across investor and fundraising portals Participating in strategic firm initiatives, ad hoc research projects, and cross-functional tasks as needed Helping the firm scale its capital-raising efforts while preserving a high-touch, relationship-driven approach to investor relations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record and possess 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Investor Relations or Investment Banking. A background in real estate investor relations is a plus. This individual should be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and see the bigger picture. The candidate should be a collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset, excellent organizational skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. What's on Offer
