Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Administrative Specialist to join our team of professionals in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Warehouse Support Services (WSS) Program.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
Maintain all Civil Engineering Equipment (CEE) in support of NMRLC EXMEDS programs, including Civil Engineer Support Equipment (CESE), Civil Engineer End Items (CEEI), Configurable Shelters, Containers, and Expeditionary Tool Kits. Monitor, manage, and develop plans to improve overall CEE EXMEDS readiness levels, including all collateral and installed equipment. Complete inspections for all CEE annually by performing 25% of unit inspections each quarter. Recommend and implement improvements to streamline equipment flow through the maintenance process and enhance program quality. Transfer CEE to Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLADS) or other activities, removing POL and HAZMAT per regulations. Prepare and submit transfer documentation to the NMRLC CEE or Container Manager within fifteen (15) days and upload scanned copies to the designated shared drive. Utilize the HIMS system to input and maintain Shelter, Container, CESE, Tool Kit, and RFID/UID/AIT data as required. Perform maintenance and calibration of all TMDE and other assigned equipment per manufacturer schedules. Establish and document a monthly preventative maintenance and calibration schedule for all applicable equipment. Record maintenance and calibration documentation in DMLSS for TMDE, NTVE/MHE, and CEE. Notify the Government one month in advance for calibrations requiring off-site laboratories and maintain traceable calibration certificates on site. Manage, clean, operate, test, inspect, inventory, update, maintain, and coordinate maintenance, repair, and certifications of NMRLC CEE. Generate Equipment Repair Orders (EROs) to document discrepancies, missing collateral equipment, and required repairs. Use Material Readiness Assessment (MRA) forms for Limited Technical Inspections (LTI). Procure required repair parts through Contractor Material Requests (CMRs) and file completed EROs in equipment history jackets. Use DMLSS, HIMS, or other mandated systems for CEE maintenance, inventory, and accountability tracking. Maintain hard copy and electronic versions of records including Equipment Maintenance History Jackets, technical libraries, status reports, EROs, and maintenance reports. Maintain equipment history jackets for all CEE, organized and stored per NMRLC requirements for the life of the equipment. Include required shipping, property, repair, inventory, and maintenance documents in history jackets. Assemble, maintain, and catalog a Technical Library for all CEE, including service, parts, and maintenance manuals, directives, industry references, and inventory sheets. Maintain electronic and hard copy technical libraries in CEE maintenance shops and on shared drives. Meet weekly with the Government to review work summaries, establish priorities, and provide status updates on CEE equipment and EROs. Coordinate CEE transfers to and from outside maintenance facilities and support Government-directed maintenance actions. Enter all CEE equipment maintenance actions into DMLSS or other Government databases as directed. Maintain and update maintenance schedules, work orders, and supporting documentation in Government systems. Develop and implement LTI checklists for CEE equipment and ensure collateral gear is inventoried during inspections. Stow CEE by the assigned or future EXMEDS platform as directed by the Government. Perform vehicle dispatch functions for Government-provided NTVE and MHE. Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

A valid driver's license. Must be able to work a light to moderate physical effort. Requirements include walking, standing, reaching, bending, and moving items. May require lifting and carrying weight over 45 pounds. Must have the ability to read, interpret and apply reference material such as regulations, manuals, catalogs, records, orders, etc. to accomplish and resolve problems; the ability to read and speak the English language, correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and format to prepare and edit written correspondence, reports, and transcribed material; be proficient in US standard office equipment, such as computers, copiers, fax machines, telephone systems and office automation systems, to perform a substantial range of warehouse support; and the knowledge of basic ethical principles, telephone etiquette, excellent communications and customer service skills and ability.
