Hourly Range: $22-$24 HR DOE
What You'll Do:
Be the main point of contact for clients-by phone and email-offering prompt, polished, and knowledgeable service. Process and manage orders from start to finish, verifying details and coordinating with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery. Monitor order progress, communicate updates, and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care. Provide product expertise, including materials, finishes, and care instructions. Keep operations running smoothly while maintaining the highest service standards. What You Bring:

Experience in customer service, order management, or luxury retail is a plus.
