Supervisor Position
Lead a passionate team within a mission-driven behavioral health program focused on adult outpatient services. As a Supervisor, youll guide clinical and administrative functions, support a skilled staff, and drive service excellencewhile making a measurable difference in the lives of individuals and families in your community. Highlights of the Position
Full-time, permanent position (37.5 hours/week) with consistent day shift coverage
Regular hours: MondayThursday: 8:30 AM
7:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM
5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM
1:00 PM (as needed)
Provide leadership and clinical supervision across an adult outpatient behavioral health program
Support crisis intervention needs and after-hours staff assistance (on-call availability as required)
Collaborate closely with leadership, community partners, and support teams to enhance care coordination and access
Ensure program performance meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Compensation & Benefits
