Position Overview
Take charge of vital community behavioral health services in a permanent, full-time managerial role. As the Program Manager, you'll oversee urgent care, rapid response, and intake programs—ensuring excellence in both operations and patient experience. With a mission-driven focus, this role combines leadership, clinical insight, and community partnership to nurture resilience and well-being. Highlights of the Position
Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) with operational hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–12:00 AM
Friday: 8:30 AM–11:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Evening/weekend hours are required based on client needs
Lead implementation and oversight of Adult Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Rapid Response, and Intake services
Ensure trauma-informed, safe, and welcoming environments for clients, families, and staff
Supervise staff and program operations: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and training
Develop and refine program protocols, budgets, and policies in collaboration with leadership
Build partnerships with community stakeholders, and track service gaps and quality improvement metrics
Engage in program evaluation, quality management initiatives, and interdisciplinary committees
Provide clinical and administrative support, including crisis response, advocacy, and policy compliance
Required travel to multiple worksites with mileage reimbursed
