Position Overview Our Sales Ambassadors craft exceptional lifestyle experiences, infuse interactions with sophisticated style, and leverage their expertise to nurture personal connections and exceed goals. They are leaders within the store and potential future managers, shaping the legacy of Ralph Lauren. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations. Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and digital tools to enhance clienteling. Support sales achievement by collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and uphold brand standards. Guide and coach team members in customer-centric behaviors and relationship skills. Develop genuine customer connections, providing tailored product recommendations. Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs using key tools and resources. Adapt product presentation for remote or in-person customers. Utilize CRM tools like Polo connect for client data and business initiatives. Participate in store initiatives and community outreach. Prioritize the customer experience while balancing tasks. Provide feedback to management on opportunities and needs. Maintain visual standards and store presentation. Support a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with company values. Participate in training and team initiatives to achieve business results. Assist in sourcing top talent through networking and sourcing efforts. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Sales experience in high-volume or high-profile environments preferred. Effective communication skills with customers and team members. Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and stand for extended periods. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Proven ability to build positive relationships and utilize digital sales tools. Seniority level
