Erin Condren Design Purpose Statement

The PMM will help support the cross-channel marketing efforts of the Erin Condren Digital Marketing Team. Experience with copywriting and content SEO related to product naming, website copy, and packaging copy. This position will play an important role in supporting our Sr. Content Manager, Social Media Manager, and CRM Manager. Knowledge in all facets of marketing, from creative conception to analytics, and eager to grow their expertise and work with a variety of channel owners. Duties And Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day lead for our outside paid media agency. Align with them on strategies, tactics, and campaigns. Ensure that the agency is kept up to date on brand happenings, manages asset distribution to agency for creative needs. Work closely with Marketing teams on overall strategies, priorities, and key learnings, including Google analytics and sales data, to inform future decision based on past results. Manage company communications across all social media channels, differentiated by platform, with consistent themes that are thought through and drive engagement and ultimately revenue. Work cross functionally with design, production, video, and web teams to ensure all pertinent assets are created and developed consistently. Liaison with PR team to ensure that any press opportunities are captured and shared in an effective manner. Foster a close relationship with the Customer Service and Community Management team to ensure that proper brand messaging is disseminated to the social media community via the social media customer team. Oversee online contesting, polls, product giveaways and sweepstakes that are included in social media platforms. Present monthly reports to leadership outlining key goals and metrics. Stay up to date on key trends, news and competition in the digital marketing and social media space. Demonstrate a keen interest and passion for marketing, from social media to content and email marketing. Display a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Learn and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Erin Condren business and marketing strategies. Set a professional example of behavior, attitude, and results at all times. Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Required

Experience & Qualifications

Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills and strong affinity for spelling, grammar, and the English language. A proficient writer with copywriting experience. High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams). Proficient in creating presentations. Displays strong multi-tasking skills, delivers under pressure, and isn’t fazed by last-minute changes. Possess strong creative ideas that can be seen through execution. A keen enthusiasm for and basic understanding of Web trends and best practices. Have a basic understanding of social media best practices. Ability to blend personal style with existing brand voice to develop cohesive marketing copy. Organizational skills. Must be able to tolerate working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work flexible hours depending on business demands. Hybrid role

Preferred

2+ years of marketing and communications experience. Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics strongly preferred. A great attitude and flexible nature that allows simultaneous work on multiple projects. Have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field or business-related discipline. Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year per year basis.
