Purpose Statement: The PMM will support the cross-channel marketing efforts of the Erin Condren Digital Marketing Team. Experience with copywriting and content SEO related to product naming, website copy, and packaging copy is required. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Sr. Content Manager, Social Media Manager, and CRM Manager. Knowledge of all facets of marketing, from creative conception to analytics, is essential, along with a desire to grow expertise and collaborate with channel owners. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills, learn new ones, and contribute creative ideas across our social media channels, helping to execute marketing strategies effectively. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead daily interactions with our outside paid media agency, aligning strategies, tactics, and campaigns. Keep the agency informed about brand updates and manage asset distribution for creative needs. Collaborate with Marketing teams on strategies, priorities, and insights, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and sales data to inform future decisions. Manage company communications across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent themes that engage audiences and drive revenue. Coordinate with design, production, video, and web teams to ensure asset creation aligns with brand standards. Work with the PR team to capture and share press opportunities effectively. Maintain a close relationship with Customer Service and Community Management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging on social media. Oversee social media contests, polls, product giveaways, and sweepstakes. Present monthly reports to leadership on key goals and metrics. Stay informed on digital marketing and social media trends, news, and competitors. Show enthusiasm and passion for marketing, including social media, content, and email marketing. Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Develop a deep understanding of Erin Condren’s business and marketing strategies. Exemplify professional behavior, attitude, and results at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Experience & Qualifications Required Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Strong communication skills, with impeccable spelling and grammar. Proven copywriting experience. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Ability to create engaging presentations. Strong multitasking skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes. Creative mindset with the ability to see ideas through to execution. Basic understanding of web trends and best practices. Knowledge of social media best practices. Ability to blend personal style with brand voice to produce cohesive marketing copy. Strong organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work hours as needed based on business demands. Hybrid work role. At least 2 years of marketing and communications experience. Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics is highly preferred. Positive attitude and adaptability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset. Education Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. Physical Requirements Regular use of hands and fingers for typing. Sitting for extended periods. Visual acuity for detailed work, including data analysis and reading on screens.
