With a growing portfolio and commitment to excellence, we seek talented professionals to join our investor relations team. Position Overview We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate for our Charleston, SC headquarters to support our team in a hybrid role that bridges quantitative portfolio/investor analytics with client services, helping us exceed expectations at every step of the investment lifecycle for our investors. Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, this in-person role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational analytical experience to develop their skills in private credit markets and contribute to the growth of our firm. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and analyze portfolio- and investor-level reports, utilizing fund accounting data and reconciliations Support portfolio management with analytical modeling and ad-hoc data requests Prepare investor reporting packages, monthly statements, and quarterly presentations, ensuring accounting accuracy and clarity Liaise with investment, accounting, and client services teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all investor-facing and internal reporting Assist with due diligence requests from prospective investors and consultants Interpret financial, fund, and portfolio data for both technical and non-technical audiences Participate in client meetings and portfolio reviews as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field 1–3 years of experience in investment management, private credit, or a similar analytics-focused role; prior experience in fund accounting and financial modeling strongly preferred Demonstrated understanding of financial statement analysis and fund accounting procedures (such as NAV calculations, reconciliations, capital calls, and distributions) Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and quantitative skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment under pressure Preferred Skills Basic understanding of private credit markets, alternative lending, and fund accounting best practices Strong business writing skills, including experience drafting investor updates or newsletters What We Offer Competitive compensation package including base salary and bonus potential Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company matching Mentorship from experienced professionals Collaborative and inclusive work environment Seniority level
