About This Role The
E-Commerce Department Merchandising Manager (DMM)
is responsible for leading and developing a merchant team for Ace's online assortment strategy, development, and execution to achieve wholesale and retail success. This role covers both B2C and B2B customers and involves organizational leadership, strategy, goal setting, and work plan execution.
What You'll Do
Align Ace corporate strategies with online channel marketing, including product, pricing, and placement strategies to drive profitable sales.
Lead the merchandising team, set goals, manage vendor relationships, and oversee growth projects.
Attract, retain, and mentor talent, fostering leadership and excellence.
Achieve financial targets through strategic marketing, managing metrics, and increasing online sales and gross profit while maintaining margins.
Improve customer online experience through taxonomy, category pages, search, SEO, SEM, and vendor link strategies.
Collaborate with digital teams to execute promotional campaigns across platforms.
Coordinate with inventory and merchandising teams on promotions and inventory needs.
Engage with retail stores and field teams to build relationships and review online business opportunities.

Required Skills
10+ years in Digital/E-Commerce
5+ years managing product categories
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Financial and business acumen
Creative, flexible, and capable of multi-tasking
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel 25%
Compensation $155,400 - $200,000 per year
