We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team and manage a portfolio of small to medium customer accounts.
**Job Description**
* Oversee a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong client relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction. * Assess client needs regularly and align products and services to meet those needs. * Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective pipeline management. * Build long-term relationships with clients, resolve issues promptly, and serve as a trusted point of contact. * Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive and Director of Sales to support broader strategies and assist in closing new prospects. * Partner with the Customer Success team to create reports and manage administrative tasks, ensuring accurate CRM records.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field. * Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally in IoT, telecom, or technology sectors. * Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to exceed revenue goals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
