Ethics & Compliance Business Partner, U.S. Oncology Business Unit
Join us as an Ethics & Compliance Business Partner, U.S. Oncology Business Unit at BioSpace . This role is based in Cambridge, MA, and reports to the Director level.
As a Business Partner, you will focus on ensuring ethical behavior within the US Oncology organization, playing a key role in risk mitigation, ethical decision-making, and building a modern ethics and compliance function within Takeda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote ethical behavior aligned with Takeda's values across the organization.
- Lead the implementation of ethics and compliance strategies, influencing senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver programs to embed E&C principles into daily operations.
- Provide guidance on the interpretation of codes of conduct, policies, and SOPs.
- Collaborate across functions to identify and mitigate risks, and stay updated on external trends affecting compliance.
- Present on E&C topics and support digital initiatives related to compliance.
- Review and update policies to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in compliance, pharma, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including OIG and PhRMA guidelines.
- Up to 20% travel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
This position is classified as hybrid, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace. The salary range is $174,500 - $274,230, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and more.
