Lead AI transformation initiatives. Implement secure coding practices. Follow SDLC processes tailored to projects. Identify and resolve application stability and performance issues. Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Collaborate on user stories to ensure clarity and feasibility. Continuously improve processes and application design. Maintain and support integration monitors, including on-call support. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: 10+ years in database development, especially with SSIS and ADF. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Experience applying AI to enhance efficiency and quality. Preferred Skills: Experience in Retail, preferably Apparel Retail. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices. Experience with integrations using Pub-Sub, SOAP, ReST API.
