The role involves working with product owners and an agile team to design and develop applications and APIs across web, mobile, cloud, and in-store devices, leveraging AI. The lead will also develop the team's AI capabilities and best practices. Responsibilities: Engage in full-stack application development Lead, manage, and mentor a team of developers, including offsite/offshore members Lead AI transformation initiatives Implement secure coding practices Follow SDLC processes Identify and resolve application stability and performance issues Communicate effectively with stakeholders Collaborate on user stories with business partners Continuously improve processes and application design Maintain application monitoring and support Perform additional assigned duties Qualifications: 10+ years in application development, primarily with .NET & C# Experience using AI to enhance efficiency and quality Proficiency in SQL and relational databases Preferred Skills: Mobile application development (MAUI/Xamarin) Experience in Retail, preferably Apparel Retail Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices Experience with Azure, Dotnet Core, , Web API, MVC, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, T-SQL Thank you for your interest in Bealls Inc.
