Lead strategy, develop and execute category business plans to ensure BU meets growth and profit targets. Contribute to the overall growth of North America Taste & Beyond Division by managing and driving growth and profitability in the respective categories. Apply strategic thinking to identify new business opportunities, prospect customers and explore new business models relevant for the categories. Be a strategic partner to Sales, demonstrating strong business acumen and actively engaging with customers at all levels. Provide leadership and direction to the category team composed of Applications, Creation, Marketing and Consumer Insight to ensure successful execution of strategic plans. Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years’ experience in a business development role in a related field/industry. Proven experience across a variety of Beverage Segments, with experience in alcoholic beverages desired. Strong cross-functional partnering, strategic relationship building and communication skills. Absolute customer focus, solid project management and presentation skills. Ability to work in a matrix organization, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and initiatives. Ability to travel-approximately 50% domestically.
