This role requires a highly skilled surgical tech with at least 3 years of experience (5+ years preferred) in high-acuity surgical environments including Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Robotics, and Trauma . Required Experience & Skills: • Minimum 3 years OR Tech experience (no exceptions) • Must have strong experience with: - Ortho (total joints, trauma) - Neuro (craniotomy, fusions) - Vascular (AAA repair, bypass, etc.) - Robotics (Da Vinci Xi) - Trauma – This is a HARD requirement • Certified Surgical Tech (CST via NBSTSA) – Preferred • BLS Certification – Required • Must be able to scrub • Experience with Epic charting – Required • Must float to nearby facilities (Queen, Petaluma Valley, Healdsburg) • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights Unit Details: • Patient Age Groups: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics • Daily OR Census: ~25 cases • 8 Operating Rooms • Specialties: Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, General, Robotics, GU, GYN • Equipment Used: - Microscope (required) - Laparoscopic towers - Arthroscopes - Da Vinci Xi (preferred) - Stealth Navigation (preferred) Additional Requirements: • Valid CA License in hand (no pending licenses) • Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) • Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (locals accepted at lower bill rate) • Cannot have worked at this facility in the last 3 months • Must provide 2 supervisory references from the last 3 years • Must complete all pre-start modules (self-reported, 16–20 hours About 3B Healthcare Inc.
