plays an important role in managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will be responsible for providing leadership, business partnership, and strategic direction across the Commercial function of HBT. This position reports to the Senior Director of Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) of HBT. More specifically, the Finance Director owns strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting for Commercial functional cost, as well as analysis of the performance and execution to provide actionable insights and improvement opportunities to Function and Business leadership. This role is the strategic finance business partner to the HBT CCO and will have the opportunity to drive productivity, innovation, and transformation across the function. Key Responsibilities

Participate in and partner to drive the operating mechanisms of the Commercial functions (Sales Excellence, Marketing, Pricing, Offering Management), including leading the development and implementation of the annual operating plan, and as necessary, a three-year strategic plan for the above functions. Thought leadership around business transformation and fixed cost controls/optimization opportunities; partnership with CCO and HR leadership to ensure successful project execution. Partnership with CCO and HR leadership to ensure optimization of census and people costs in alignment with business priorities. Work with VP of Sales Excellence to support the development of the DRA (dynamic resource allocation) analysis to align the Sales organization to largest market potential / highest productivity regions. Responsible for central Sales Incentive governance (accrual calculation) for HBT. Provide strategic direction and ensure a robust operating mechanism with balanced scorecard and KPI reporting for the Commercial team. Drive robust Commercial accountability models to ensure achievement of commitments and/or progress on plans to remediate. Ensure financial integrity for the above functions by standardizing reporting, analytics and providing timely and accurate analysis with actionable insights. Provide inputs to key executive reporting, CCO reporting package, SRO & MBR presentations. Controlling HQ Commercial costs (monthly forecast, oversee month end journal entries). Work with HR and Financial analyst to ensure proper controls around Commercial Cost Centers (census review, cost center creation, approval hierarchies, employee movements to other functions / sub functions where required). YOU MUST HAVE

10+ Years Commercial or Function Support Finance Experience. WE VALUE

Some FP&A, P&L experience within a business. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Strong technical knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Planning and Reporting, MS applications including strong excel skills, Project Planning Tools. Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Thoughtspot, etc. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities. Operational business experience. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Self-motivated, driving transformation and business initiatives. Demonstrates ability to deliver in complex environments.
