This hybrid role involves engaging with high-impact pharmaceutical and medical device litigation and working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment. Duties
Drafting complex legal documents, including discovery responses, briefs, and memoranda Developing case strategies and managing litigation workflows Conducting and defending depositions Supervising junior team members and collaborating with experts Engaging in investigation and evidence analysis Communicating directly with clients and stakeholders Contributing to high-stakes motions practice involving Daubert and Rule 702 standards Requirements
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with an AmLaw 100 or similar high-caliber firm Demonstrated expertise in motion practice under Rule 702 and Daubert Hands-on experience with product liability matters Prior involvement in pharmaceutical and/or medical device cases strongly preferred Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally accredited law school Strong academic record Certifications
Active license to practice law in Washington; additional bar admissions are advantageous Skills
Advanced legal research and analytical writing skills Strong verbal communication and persuasion abilities High organization and attention to detail Independent judgment and sound legal reasoning Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines Familiarity with expert coordination and litigation technology tools Job Location
