This role is responsible for orchestrating complex programs that span multiple departments, including IT, HR, Finance, and Sales, with a focus on vendor evaluation, system integration, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Governance Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, including planning, execution, and reporting. - Define program scope, success metrics, and governance structures. - Coordinate with executive sponsors, including the COO and VP of Project Management Office, to align initiatives with strategic objectives. Vendor and Software Evaluation Lead the evaluation and selection of enterprise software and third-party vendors. - Collaborate with IT, HR, and L&D to assess technical fit, cost, and implementation feasibility. Change Management Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new systems and processes. - Facilitate stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans. Cross-Functional Coordination Manage interdependencies across workstreams such as unified performance reviews, bonus programs, and learning systems. - Partner with HR, IT, and Sales leaders to ensure alignment and accountability. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor KPIs and program health and provide regular updates to leadership and adjust plans based on feedback and evolving priorities. Desired Experience and Background: 15+ years of technology and Program management Experience. Adept Program Manager with a high attention to detail. Aggressive task master with a track record of delivering on time calling out risks and managing risks aggressively. Considerable experience in engaging internal business users and helping develop and introduce solutions to them. Track record of supporting internal users andbusiness leaders. Experienced in Enterprise transformation, process design, and process reengineering. Expert at handling change management. Driven at least 6 large rollouts of enterprise applications to business users in the last 5 years. Driven at least 3 large process change initiatives in the last 3 years. Experienced in Enterprise applications lifecycle management (introducing, migrating, eliminating applications). Background in IT, IT PMO functional roles.
