We are an event management company located in scenic Livermore Valley Wine Country. We have two event venues with beautiful, well-maintained outdoor and indoor spaces that our clients use to host their events. In addition, we also serve as the onsite caterer at both spaces with onsite kitchens and sales/coordination offices. What We Offer You.
We are an event management company located in scenic Livermore Valley Wine Country. We have two event venues with beautiful, well-maintained outdoor and indoor spaces that our clients use to host their events. In addition, we also serve as the onsite caterer at both spaces with onsite kitchens and sales/coordination offices. Primary Duties
Develop meaningful connections with clients to ensure flawless day-of execution Manage Coordination Meetings, Rehearsals, and Final Details with assigned clients Create room diagrams, event layouts, and manage logistics specific to the venue Ensure venue policies and limitations are respected Provide day-of event coordination services for the client by assisting with décor items, managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, and managing formalities Assist guests and wedding parties throughout the event Education & Experience:
BS in Event Management or related field preferred Strong people skills to staff events, coordinate activities, and lead the team Work experience as an event planner, organizer, or in the hospitality industry Excellent time management and communication skills, both verbal and written Schedule:
Wednesday through Sunday Full-time and part-time opportunities available
