REQUIREMENTS Candidates must have experience in patent prosecution in areas such as pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, natural products and ag-bio. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, biology or a comparable degree. Registration before the USPTO is required for the position. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work well on a team.
