Life Sciences Patent Agent
to join its Chicago office. The role involves working with a highly regarded life sciences group, handling cutting‑edge matters, and advising major pharmaceutical clients.
Salary:
$150k – $200k

Requirements
Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or related field.
Registration with the USPTO.
3+ years of experience in patent prosecution, particularly in pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, natural products, or ag‑bio.
Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prosecute patent applications in the life sciences field.
Support patent counseling, portfolio analysis, and patent opinion work.
Assist with post‑grant proceedings and litigation support.
Collaborate with attorneys to build and manage client portfolios.
