In addition, this role will be responsible for building, configuring, designing UKG application, ensuring the system aligns with business goals. Responsibilities Configure pay policies, accrual policies, attendance policies in UKG based on companys HR policies Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors in Transaction Assistant related to people import and payroll export to ensure employee data flows flawlessly from and to UKG Pro WFM. Troubleshoot UKG complex issues escalated by the HRIS team ensuring they are answered on a timely manner. Analyze business processes and recommend enhancements to improve workforce efficiency and reporting accuracy. Serve as project lead for UKG Pro WFM upgrades, enhancements, and special initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner. Mentor and support HRIS Analysts and WFM users, promoting best practices and user adoption. Maintain UKG Pro WFM business structure by creating locations and jobs. Monitor UKG devices (InTouch/InTouch DX) and hardware usage and communication errors in Universal Device Management (UDM) by communicating with all NORTAM sites. Configure UKG devices and fix connection problems while maintaining device inventory and supporting locations. Serve as liaison to other HRIS areas and applications that could affect UKG Pro WFM function. Use UKG UAT environment to replicate user issues and test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved. Document HRIS work instructions and procedures by writing clear, concise, well-organized technical documentation. Ensure data quality and integrity by performing periodic system audits. Recommend changes in processes to reduce redundancies and manual work, while increasing efficiency. Stay up to date on UKG Pro WFM maintenance windows, system updates, new features and functionalities to expand HRIS solutions and services. Leverage UKG knowledge of data views and reports to analyze data and provide solutions to end users. Work closely with management, HRIS staff and other cross functional teams to support and roll-out new functionalities relevant to CEVAs business needs. Strong adherence to sensitivity and confidentiality in maintaining HR data. Support other HRIS team members in other HRIS applications as requested Education and Experience Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS and/or payroll, with at least 3 years in a technical role configuring UKG Pro WFM modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance. Completed at least 3 full cycle implementations of UKG Pro WFM (Kronos/Dimensions). Understanding of inbound and outbound integrations between UKG and other HRIS applications utilizing Boomi as middleware application Knowledge of UKG devices (time clocks) configuration and setup. Prior experience with other HCM and payroll applications. SuccessFactors EC preferred. Experience working with helpdesk ticketing system. Experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration components and building blocks (Function Access Profiles, Display Profiles, Pay Policies, Accruals, Attendance) Skills In-depth technical and functional knowledge of labor categories, attendance and leave policies, shift premiums and patterns, and assignment profiles. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail required. Agile project management methodology preferred. Experience analyzing HR work processes, improving processes, and utilizing technology for enhancement and support of UKG Pro Workforce Management and other existing systems. Effective networking and communication skills. Experience working in a global organization and complex HR structure. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with minimal supervision required. Excellent documentation, presentation, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage. Seniority level
