Job Title: HRIS Administrator (UKG) Location: Houston, Texas (On-site 4 days / Remote 1 day hybrid schedule) Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 + annual performance bonus Introduction We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, HR operations, and compliance. The HRIS Administrator will primarily support and optimize the UKG Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions) Time & Attendance system, while contributing to HR process improvement and employee training initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience administering HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred) Associate's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience accepted) Strong technical skills in system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting Excellent organizational and time-management skills Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Payroll processing experience Familiarity with compliance requirements related to timekeeping and payroll Exposure to HR analytics, workflow design, or system training Desire to pursue relevant HR or technical certifications Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the UKG Workforce Management system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting Develop and implement workflows for time and attendance tracking and training management Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system use Generate reports and analyze data for compliance, performance, and decision-making Monitor system upgrades, recommend improvements, and adopt best practices Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll and labor guidelines Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR and organizational initiatives Company Benefits & Culture
